Administration & Company Settings

This area is aimed at managers and admins. You’ll find the company settings in Settings or under Profile → Company (tab visible only to managers/admins).

Tenant basic settings

Setting	Meaning
Default currency	Currency that new accounts inherit.
Time zone	Basis for day boundaries (e.g. midnight split) and timer stops.
Default rounding	How times are rounded – No rounding · To 10/15/30/60 minutes · Inherit.
End of day	Company-wide end-of-day stop for running timers.

Timer stops

Define when running timers end automatically (priority order):

Maximum duration – after X minutes,
Lunch time,
End of day – personal (in your profile) or company-wide.

In addition there is a company-wide default maximum duration (default 8 hours): it applies to all users without their own maximum duration and prevents timers from running overnight. Personal timer stops live in your Profile; company-wide ones here.

PDF branding (Business plan)

Under Profile → Branding you set the appearance of the premium statements:

Field	Note
Logo	PNG, max 500 KB – appears in the top-right of the PDF.
Primary color	Accent color of the statement.
Letterhead address	Appears on the cover page below the tenant name.
Footer text	Appears on every page.

Branding is a Business feature. On smaller plans an upgrade notice appears instead.

Email domains

Under the domain settings you maintain the email domains of your tenant (mapping email domain → tenant). This is the basis for later self-registration.

Cleanup

Under System → Cleanup (Admin) you tidy up:

Permanently delete deactivated accounts, projects and jobs (with booking count; combined table with a type column).
Remove saved searches.
Clean up favorites (including company favorites).

Permanent deletion cannot be undone – for safety, daagwerk asks before the final step.

Period locks

With a period lock you freeze a completed time range so that no bookings in it can be changed anymore – useful after invoicing.

Plans

The available functionality depends on the plan (Free / Team / Business / Enterprise). The plan assignment is managed by the operator. Which feature is included in which plan can be found under Plans & Features or on the main page.

Tips & pitfalls

Set the time zone and default rounding correctly early on – they affect all bookings and reports.
Use permanent deletion in Cleanup only after consultation – deactivating is usually enough and preserves the history.
